The median price for single-family homes in Southern Nevada was $480,000 in August, up 0.7% from last year but below the peak of $485,000. Condos and townhomes had a median price of $298,000, up 2.1% but below the $315,000 record. Listings without offers rose significantly, with homes up 36.8% and condos/townhomes up 56.1%. Sales declined over 14%, and housing supply increased to over four months.
