In 2024, Southern Nevada saw a total of 31,305 homes, condos, and townhomes sold, up from 29,069 in 2023, marking a recovery from the lowest sales since 2008. The median sales price for single-family homes rose to $475,000 in December, a 5.6% increase from the previous year. The year ended with 4,965 single-family homes and 1,763 condos and townhomes listed without offers, reflecting significant increases. The median sale price for condos and townhomes also rose to $290,000.
