A report by Las Vegas REALTORS® indicates that 2024 saw an increase in home sales compared to 2023, with the median price for existing single-family homes at $475,000 in December, up 5.6% from the previous year. The number of homes available for sale rose significantly, with 4,965 single-family homes listed without offers, a 31.8% increase from last year. Overall, 31,305 properties were sold in 2024, marking a recovery from the slowest sales year since 2008. Cash transactions accounted for 26.2% of sales, down from 28.8% a year prior.
