In March, Las Vegas home prices rose slightly to a median listing price of $469,900, with a 0.2% increase in price per square foot, lagging behind the national 1.6% rise. Listings grew 7.3% from the previous month and 73.8% year-over-year, with 5,399 homes for sale. Homes sold in an average of 43 days, faster than last month but slower than last year, compared to 53 days nationally.
