The project includes townhomes and single-family homes, with prices ranging from $340,000 to $550,000. The development will consist of various lot sizes and home designs, contributing to the master-planned community that aims to have over 8,600 homes upon completion. Additional amenities, including a shopping center, are also planned for the area.
