Clark County officials approved over $66 million for nine affordable housing projects, creating 1,273 units for low to extremely low-income residents. Projects include units for families, seniors, and those with 30% to 60% Area Median Income. Ovation Development plans to add 1,500 more affordable residences by 2028.
